Returns Policy

Our shipments go through Rigorous Quality Check Processes before they leave our warehouse, however there is a Very Little & slight possibility that the product could get Exchanged During Shipment. This is because we have Associated with One of the Best Delivery Partners Like “Blue dart Express” in INDIA.

If you have received an item in a Different / Damaged / Defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your replacement of the product:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team via 3 business days of Receiving / Delivery of the Order.)
  2. Provide us with your order Invoice Details / Shipment details, and your request to Replace the Defective / Wrong Items in your order along with the Images & Short Video of Opening of Packet / Parcel.
  3. In this case, we will initiate the Replacement Process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their Seals, Labels and Barcodes Intact.


Refund Policy


  1. If the Delivered Product is Found to be Genuinely Defective or Different, it will be Repaired / Replaced, Depending upon the category of product to be Decided as per the Replacement Policy of www.scissorskart.comReturns & Refund Team Only.
  2. Standard Warranties of the product shall apply as per the warranty & Terms & Conditions of the Respective Brands & Their Policies.

In case of cancellation of order, the refund would be processed within 7 working days as follows:

  1. No Refund of Shipping Charges Will be Allowed.
  2. Only in case of damaged items, Shipping Charges will be Adjusted & the decision of the shall be final & not debatable.
  3. No matter the payment was made by Credit / Debit Card or Net Banking or UPI, we shall reverse the credit & credit the funds in the wallet of the user in .
